Signature approach Contributing to a better social environment and world at large by connecting to people and helping connect to one another, specifically in a business context. It is my personal mission to do so in my professional work as an independent change consultant and facilitator. My signature approach can be recognized by my ability to exploring ideas, engage in true conversations and help create new positive (business)realities. I connect organisational goals, teams and individuals from a systemic perspective.
Education & experience A master in Public Administration is the base for various further professional development choices. I built my experience and expertise serving non-profit organisations and businesses in maximising their potential. In 1999 I started my working career in consultancy (Arthur Andersen Business Consulting). Since 2007 I work as independent business consultant.
Workfield I primarily work in the Netherlands, but enjoy working abroad too. Over the past years I have had the pleasure working for various international organisations, both based in the Netherlands and abroad.
Personal background I live in the Netherlands in small community with my husband and 2 daughters. My girls are my daily reminder that teaching and learning go hand in hand as I learn from them discovering the world. I was born in the Netherlands and raised traveling the world by (sailing)boat until I was 13 years. My youth has given me a beautiful perspective on the vast variety of people and nature and has thought me to observe without preconceived judgement.
